DES can provide air and physical mold testing services from an accredited laboratory to property owners at a much lower cost than most providers in the St. Louis area. This service includes a copy of the lab reports that will be interpreted in a short report provided by DES to the property owner. If a mold infestation is discovered, we can consult the property owner on their options and the best next step for remediation of the problem.
